Check out some commonly asked questions about our merch:
- How should I wash my merch?
-
My merch has arrived and it has a slight vinegar smell. Is this normal?
-No need to fear. Yes this is entirely normal. All OTHRWRLDLY. POD gets printed through a DTG process. This smell is the setting agent that helps designs last longer and appear more vibrant on the clothing. To remove this smell, just wash your gear as normal and the smell should be out in one wash.
-
My merch was delivered and has printing defects or has been damaged. What should I do?
-Please email othrwrldly.x@gmail.com pictures of the error or damage and we will get back to you with possibly setting up a full refund.
-
My merch was lost or stolen. What should I do?
-Unfortunately, we cannot help with that. Our best suggestion would be to contact the shipping provider (most cases USPS) and explain your situation to see if they can assist you.
If you do not see your question listed, please email us we will answer it!

“Making a successful luxury brand in nine years is genius. It’s a feat that I admire and hope to continue building upon with a rich legacy. He revolutionised streetwear and luxury that crosses generations and decades. He showed the world that the underrepresented, the underdogs and Black people, in particular, have brilliant minds and can push and compete equally in the establishment. He inspired hope and brought about change.” - Ibrahim Kamara, Art&Image Director Off-White™
